What are anti-static work clothes? This is what the Chinese standard GB12014-2009 stipulates. Anti-static work clothes are to prevent static electricity accumulation on clothes. They are made of anti-static fabrics. According to the prescribed style and structure, anti-static work clothes generally refer to anti-static work clothes fabrics. Does anti-static fabric refer to anti-static work clothes fabrics? Now, the editor of Qingdao Mei'an Clothing will take a look with everyone to see what is suitable for anti-static work clothes fabrics.
Anti-static clothing fabric
1. Conductive silk
Conductive silk is a fabric that is used more in making anti-static work clothes. It is composed of 99% polyester filaments and 1% conductive fiber filaments. The material of the conductive filaments is generally carbon fiber, which is evenly distributed on the fabric, so the surface of the conductive silk presents black fine stripes. Generally speaking, the more conductive fiber filaments, the better the performance of the anti-static work clothes. According to the different layout and spacing of the conductive fiber, it is divided into 0.5 grain, 0.5 grid, 0.25 stripe, 0.25 grid, etc.
2. Polyester-cotton antistatic fabric
Polyester antistatic fabric is a commonly used antistatic fabric, generally used for the production of outdoor antistatic work clothes. It is a mixture of polyester, cotton fiber and conductive fiber. According to the different cotton content, it is divided into T65/C35 fabric, T80/C20 fabric and CVC fabric with a cotton content of more than 50%. The difference between polyester antistatic fabric and conductive silk is that the conductive fiber is not visible on the front of polyester-cotton antistatic fabric. It is evenly distributed on the back of antistatic work clothes. Common specifications include 1.0 stripes, 1.0 grids, 1.5 stripes, etc.
3. Conductive cloth
It has the advantages of good metal film bonding, good curing, and high electromagnetic shielding efficiency. It uses polyester triangular shaped silk (50d×50d) light spinning and 36f silk as the cloth base, and uses the vacuum method to deposit Ni-Cu metal film layers in sequence, and then deposits Ni-Cu-Ni in sequence by electroplating to make a composite metal film layer conductive cloth with 5 layers of metal film system. Conductive fabrics can be widely used in electromagnetic shielding, anti-static, and grounding applications, such as smart phones, wearable devices, LCD displays, automated high-frequency equipment, medical instruments and other electronic products, as well as military and aerospace fields.
